Summary of 2017

The year 2017 was a very dynamic period for the entire gaming market, during which big changes took place, as well as new, significant players appeared. Saying "big changes" I mean, the current situation on the Steam platform. A lot of games (even several dozen items a day) made, that Steam has become a less attractive platform in terms of the sales potential of small and medium games. This year's Company slogan was "diversification", specifically "diversification of sales channels". In 2017, we managed to significantly diversify the sources of revenue, which are visible in the fourth quarter of 2017. One of the new channels is Nintendo Switch. This console has become a major player on the electronic entertainment market. The best confirmation of our words is the fact that within nine months Nintendo managed to sell 10,000,000 consoles and this with continuing problems with satisfying demand (in USA and Japan there is still a problem with product availability). According to analysts, around 100,000,000 Nintendo Switch consoles could be sold  around the world in the next 4-5 years. We recently released two games for this platform (Violett and Sparkle 2 Evo) and the sales results that we managed to achieve were and still are much better than our first expectations. Tomorrow (21/12/2017) our next game, Frederic: Resurrection of Music, will debut on Nintendo Switch, and in the first quarter of 2018 we plan a few more premieres, including the premiere of Hollow, which  attracts a lot of interest from players on this platform. Also we are currently in talking with our foreign partners in order to acquire new games to be released on Nintendo Switch, which should be visible in the near future. All year 2018 we plan to support the Switch intensively.

However, Nintendo Switch is not the only console on which you can play our games in 2018. By porting Fear Effect Sedna to other consoles, we also gained a lot of experience working with Playstation 4 and Xbox One. By dint of to this experience, we plan to port our games to this platforms. In the first place it will be of course Hollow, which will debut first on the Nintendo Switch, and then on the other consoles.

Another upcoming important event will be the premiere of Fear Effect Sedna. The game will debut in the first quarter of 2018 simultaneously on four platforms (Nintendo Switch, PS4, Xbox One and Steam). Thanks to the Square Enix support and the use of IP Fear Effect, we are calm about the sales potential of this production.

Current projects

Hollow - the premiere of the Steam game took place in November. At the beginning of the sale, Hollow encountered some errors and poor optimization. Nonetheless, in the first month we were able to sell more copies than we planned. Currently, most of the errors have been removed. Thanks to the feedback obtained from players, gameplay has also been modified. This version of Hollow will be released on the next platforms in the coming months. As you can see, the premiere on Steam is just the beginning of the journey for Hollow.

Prodigy Tactics - also debuted in November on Steam and GOG in Early Access. The game has received good feedback and is constantly being developed through the regular addition of new content and functions. In the near future, we plan to increase the base price of the game (in line with an earlier announcement). However, in our opinion, the real sale will start after leaving Early Access and after the release of the final version for Nintendo Switch

Shadow Over Isolation - the release date has been changed to the second quarter of 2018, because we are constantly developing this very original project.

Future projects

We are currently working on many productions (not all titles have been disclosed). Below are the two most important projects:

Fear Effect Reinvented - this is a modernized version of Fear Effect 1. The premiere of the original version of the game took place in 2000. It was well received by players and critics. Thanks to that around 1 million copies of Fear Effect 1 were sold in the world. In the years 2000-2002 it was an excellent result. The new version will be characterized by completely new graphics and several game modifications. The game will become more attractive to present players, while remaining faithful to the original in terms of feature.

Hollow 2 - it will be a continuation of the production released this year. Players will be able to visit the Shakhter-1 station again to unravel its secrets.

Summary

2018 will be a year of consoles for us. A large portfolio of games with very different themes will allow to reach different clients and satisfy very different gaming tastes. At the same time, we are not burdened with the "curse of one game", which in case of failure will lead to bankruptcy.

Even mid sales of all our titles will make the Company's results better from month to month. The above fact along with the diversification of channels will be our key to success in 2018.Finally, we would like to announce a press conference, which we plan to organize in the first half of 2018. The first materials from Fear Effect Reinvented and Hollow 2 will be presented at the conference.
