Zbigniew Debicki-  President CEO since January 15, 2016, previously Vice President from 04.08.2010 to 04.29.2014 and CEO of 04.08.2010-29.04.2014 .
He possesses a wide knowledge in the field of video game market and its history as well as long experience in game production designed for variety of platforms. In 1999 he was one of the co-operators of PSX EXTREME - the biggest magazine about video games in Poland. In the years 2000-2003 he participated in such projects as Radocha.pl, Saitek.pl and also promoted Metal Gear Solid 2 - the game which was a hit of 2002. In 2003 he cooperated with television network TVN, where he appeared as one of the hosts of a TV program devoted to games – Tenbit. Since 2004 to 2008, off and on, he was the President of the Management Board of Element Studio Sp. z o.o. (later Games Interactive Sp. z o.o.) a company producing computer games for mobile phones. In 2007 he was one of the co-founders of NCM Entertainment Corporation KK based in Tokyo, Japan. In 2008 having sold the organized part of the enterprise Games Interactive Sp. z o.o. to Nicolas Games S.A, he took charge of the Pomeranian branch of the company. In 2009-2010 he served as the President of the Management Board of MEM Sp. z o.o. and in December 2010 Forever Entertainment S.A took over the organized part of the enterprise. On June 30, 2011 he joined the Management Board of the Polish Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Japan PCCIJ.Since May 2015, Mr. Zbigniew Dębicki member of the Board of Directors of China Smart Forever Entertainment Holdings (Hong Kong) Company Limited -Created by Forever Entertainment and China Smart Holding Company Limited. The main business of the Company CSHFEHK is to coordinate the process of issuing of games and publishing games from Europe and the United States in China and South Asia (through distribution channels CSH), as well as the issuance of games with China and South Asia, in Europe and the United States (through distribution channels FE) .

Zbigniew Szachniewicz -Is a member of Forever Entertainment's Management Board since 30.06.2015, he is the Board's Chairman.
A Member of Forever Entertainment's Supervisory Board since 30 June 2015. Mr Szachniewicz graduated from Uniwersytet Gdański, Law and Administration Faculty. Since 1995 he is listed on the Gdańsk's OIRP legal advisers list. He has multiyear experience in handling companies, including those listed on the GPW. For the last 3 years a member of EGB Investments Supervisory Board. A member of the Board of PROTECTOR Centrum Medyczne sp. z o.o. and an equity partner in the same company. A limited partner in PROTECTOR Centrum Medyczne Sp. z o.o. s.k.

Kamila Debicka- Since the begining of the company's existence she has been a member of the Supervisory Board. She graduated from Gdynia Maritime University, Faculty of Administration, specialization: Company Management. In the years 2002-2005 she worked as a forwarder in a transport-freight forwarding company- PPT PKS Gdańsk-Oliwa S.A. Since 2008 she runs her own company specialized in photo essays and mini film productions.

Mirosław Grala- Mr Mirosław Grala is a member of Forever Entertainment's Management Board since 7 April 2014. He has higher technical education. He has graduated from Politechnika Gdańskia, Technological-Mechanical faculty. Moreover Mr Grala is an alum of Szkoła Trenerów, TROP Group. He has an assessor certificate - Certified Assessor for Assessment & Development Center, IRB. Mr Mirosław has multiyear experience on various management and leadership positions. Between 1990 and 1992 he was running a business. Between 1992-2009 he was a manager in Orbis Casino and a business associate in Empresa company. Currently he is also a trainer in GK Energa. Mr Mirosław Grala is a cofounder of Informal Club of Blood Donors for ENERGA called "Kropelka Energii".

Andrzej Kodroń- Member of the Supervisory Board of Forever Entertainment SA Graduated from the Faculty of Economics of Production , direction, organization and management . Associated among other things with the capital market institutions , insurance, banking , open pension funds, which actively through sales training and building the foundations of a new order in the pension insurance in Poland , high explosive monopoly ZUS . He participated in the creation of innovative products in 2013 ; rating of medical services , targeted for the combination of the medical sector and banking , which gained an excellent tool for the assessment of financial standing and the organizational units of public health . He also has experience in the field of trade durable goods and sales of services , property and life insurance . It is licensed PUNU . From 04.15.2013 to the end of February 2015 , he served as Marketing Specialist in the Sports - Entertainment Arena in Gdynia.

Malgorzata Grala -  Member of the Supervisory Board since 28.06.2018. Ms Malgorzata has a secondary education in the pedagogic field. She has professional experience in clothing and cosmetics corporations in commercial and consulting areas. Currently, it is implemented in the budget sector, helping in the development of autistic and disabled people.

The share capital of the Company amounts to PLN 10.880.000 and is divided into 27.200.000 ordinary bearer shares with a nominal value of PLN 0,40 per share including:
