Management Board

Zbigniew Debicki- co-founder, shareholder and President of the Management Board of Forever Entertainment S.A. He possesses a wide knowledge in the field of video game market and its history as well as long experience in game production designed for variety of platforms. In 1999 he was one of the co-operators of PSX EXTREME - the biggest magazine about video games in Poland. In the years 2000-2003 he participated in such projects as, and also promoted Metal Gear Solid 2 - the game which was a hit of 2002. In 2003 he cooperated with television network TVN, where he appeared as one of the hosts of a TV program devoted to games – Tenbit. In 2003-2004 he worked in Karuma Polska Sp. z o.o. where he promoted different kinds of products connected with games. Since 2004 to 2008, off and on, he was the President of the Management Board of Element Studio Sp. z o.o. (later Games Interactive Sp. z o.o.) a company producing computer games for mobile phones, where he has begun his, lasting to date, adventure with Japan. In 2007 he was one of the co-founders of NCM Entertainment Corporation KK based in Tokyo, Japan. In 2008 having sold the organized part of the enterprise Games Interactive Sp. z o.o. to Nicolas Games S.A, he took charge of the Pomeranian branch of the company. In 2009-2010 he served as the President of the Management Board of MEM Sp. z o.o. and in December 2010 Forever Entertainment S.A took over the organized part of the enterprise. On June 30, 2011 he joined the Management Board of the Polish Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Japan PCCIJ.

Supervisory Board


Andrzej Retman- Since June 22, 2012 Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Forever Entertainment S.A.. A graduate of the Faculty of Electronics of Gdansk University of Technology. Numerous courses, in Poland and abroad, concerning capital markets including an investment adviser and broker as well as the IFRS course. Currently, he serves as a Managing Director in Pika Sp. Z o.o.. In the years 1994-1997 he held the position of Vice-director of a brokerage office BG S.A. and after a merger of Brokerage Office of Bank Gdanski (Biuro Maklerskie Banku Gdańskiego) between Brokerage House BIG-BG Sp. z o.o. (Dom Maklerski BIG-BG Sp. z o.o.) he was a Member of the Supervisory Board responsible for operating activities. In the years 1997-1998 a Member of the Supervisory Board of Centrum Giełdowe S.A. in Warsaw. He was also with Optix Polska Sp. z o.o. where he was President of the Management Board, with Asseco Systems S.A. and Atena sp. z o.o. where he dealt with development and sales.


Kamila Debicka- Since the begining of the company's existence she has been a member of the Supervisory Board. She graduated from Gdynia Maritime University, Faculty of Administration, specialization: Company Management. In the years 2002-2005 she worked as a forwarder in a transport-freight forwarding company- PPT PKS Gdańsk-Oliwa S.A. Since 2008 she runs her own company specialized in photo essays and mini film productions.


Andrzej Kodron- Member of the Supervisory Board of Forever Entertainment S.A. A graduate of Faculty of Production Economics - Organization and Management. He is connected with, among other things, capital market institutions, insurances, banking, and open pension founds, where by sales and trainings he built foundations for a new pension scheme in Poland, thereby breaking the ZUS (Social Insurance Institution) monopoly. He also participated in creating an innovative product- rating of medical services, focused on combination both medical and banking sector. He has the experience in the field of durable goods trade and sale of property and life insurances. He possesses PUNU licence. Since 2008 he is a Member of Supervisory Board of Datera S.A., based in Gdansk, and since 2009 serves as a Member of the Management Board of DSG Inwestycje Sp. z o.o., based in Gdynia.


Robert Wisniewski- from June 22, 2012 a Member of the Supervisory Board of Forever Entertainment S.A.. Mr Wisniewski specializes in Applied Informatics. Currently he is an IT   Director   in Pika Sp. Z o.o.. He took part in the project of infrastructure development for Pika company consisting in the implementation of the system based on the Cisco devices. In the previous years he held a position of IT systems engineer in Asseco-Systems S.A.. Moreover, having worked for over 10 years (1998-2008) in OptiX Polska Sp. z o.o, Mr Wisniewski gained experience as a Director of IT Security. In OptiX Polska Sp. z o.o he run, among other things, the project concerning the implementation if VoIP system based on the Cisco solutions.


Jozef Wojenski- from June 22, 2012 a Member of the Supervisory Board of Forever Entertainment S.A.. Mr Wojenski is a graduate of Faculty of Management and Marketing, area of studies Financial Management. He has many years of experience in finance and capital market which he gained in such companies as, among other things, PKO BP and Noble Securities S.A.. Since June 2012 he has been working in Deutche Bank PBC S.A. in the Investment Banking Department. He has also many years of experience in running his own business.

General Shareholders Meeting

The share capital of the Company amounts to PLN 2 932 894 and is divided into 7 332 235 ordinary bearer shares with a nominal value of PLN 0,40 per share including:
